Danger! Read the Fine Print...

A friend of mine (YvonneCB@comcast.net) sent me this post. I have researched some of it before but simply haven't had time to do more. Everything I've found out about this health care(?) bill is truly evil. Most of the things in this e-mail are based on fact. Please use every method of communication you can, send an e-mail, write a snail mail, fax and phone your Senators and Representatives and as many of the power brokers in the House and Senate to stop this monstrosity. This is real. This is dangerous. This is Nazi Germany!

I am including Phone Numbers for Pelosi and Reid and the Kansas and Missouri Delegations at the end of this article so there's no excuse for you not to call your Representative or Senator!

Am sending this to almost every single person within my e-mail address book. I am Astounded. Fearful. Angry. In total disblief this could be true/could be happening......

This was sent to me from someone other than the man who put it all together (Peter Flekstein who also writes under Fleckman). I haven't changed any of the listings; as he states, the comments that may follow each page statement are his.

Since he's listed each page and the lines with the regulation, (although it's nearly impossible to believe they can be true), will ask any of you to PLEASE prove to me that they are NOT true....

This legislation is impossible to defend. If you can't prove they're not true, can you defend them?

No wonder the Democrats want to immediately pass.....want to do so before all of us find out about these mostly mandatory and non-American regulations (and what else???) within the bill....

This isn't a health bill. This is total power and control over our lives and the majority (or all) listed below is truly macabre and Nazi-like! If you aren't scared yet, when?

You haven't been politically involved, you haven't been interested in thinking through how the government affects your life (and the lives of your children....and parents.....), you haven't cared enough in the past....you didn't pay attention during the election....you don't follow politics.....think it hasn't been that important and that you couldn't make a difference anyway......well, duncha think it's now time to re-think the situation???

We the People MUST stop this atrocity from happening in America. This isn't freedom. This isn't hope. This isn't good for any of the people of America....except the heads who are exempt from what they're foisting upon us.....and believe they should control the world by controlling us. Plus all else below, they will also incorporate as much as possible under the "health umbrella"....food, housing, sex, weight, travel, media (mental health, you know...not emotionally healthy to hear "the anti-government argument").....exercise (remember Big Brother's exercise program every morning through the "reality television" in Orwell's 1984? Read it NOW if you haven't....the Democrats have now brought us to both 1984 and Brave New World......). You name it. It'll fit under their agenda. Remember, it's about control and power.

Just a few samples.....

Pg 59: Direct access to your bank account?

Pg 239: Reduce physician services for Medicaid, Seniors, low income, and poor?

Pg 425: Death decisions to end your life? Power of attorney? Mandatory.

Pg 429: Doctor assigned to write end of life order?

Doctor wages and value determined by government....rationing for seniors and others not meeting government's "cost efficiency".....mental health defined by government......penalties....fees....National ID cards.....government authority to deny...hospitals must get government approval.....illegals included....employers forced to enroll, pay, penalized....

Not mentioned here, but have heard that also included is that elective abortions are covered as well as forcing hospitals and doctors who do not believe in performing abortions will be mandated to do so. Prove me wrong....PLEASE!

The Democrats can pass this without the Republicans. The Democrats have WRITTEN all this legislation.

There are some Democrats (more rational or cowardly in fear of losing their 2010 re-election) who are not sure they want to go forward with this legislation.

And, there may be some wayward Republicans who will go along to get along....or be as power hungry and socialist as these majority of Democrats dictating this atrocity.....

SO.....we ALL NEED TO CALL ALL OUR LEGISLATORS......if you believe this isn't what you had thought Hope and Change would be....... and don't want this for our country....and for our lives.

Each of us is important to state our views to the people who are supposed to be representing us!

The House and Senate will be going on recess from Washington D.C. in August and should be in their local districts and states. They need to hear from you BEFORE THEY RETURN TO WASHINGTON TO DO DAMAGE!

It's easy to find their local office phone numbers and local office addresses in your phone books or through directory help. You can also call Washington D.C. and ask for your senator or respresentative at 202-224-3121.

The web address www.usa.gov/Contact/Elected.shtml. should give you your representatives' e-mail address. CALL. WRITE snail mail. WRITE e-mail. If you have to research or call someone else for help, please don't give in to apathy.

P.S. Would you want to become a member of the medical field after reading this? Invest $150,000, work 80 hour weeks to train, lifetime of continual knowledge and training, even devote pro bono in goodness....for this????

Remember, Obama's choice for Surgeon General has stated she does not believe doctors should make a profit!

Pg 22 of the Bill MANDATES the Govt will audit books of ALL EMPLOYERS that self insure!!

Pg 30 Sec 123 of bill – THERE WILL BE A GOVT COMMITTEE that decides what treatments/benefits you receive.

Pg 29 lines 4-16 in the HC bill – YOUR HEALTHCARE IS RATIONED.

Pg 42 of HC Bill – The Health Choices Commissioner will choose your Health care Benefits for you. You have no choice in the decision.

PG 50 Section 152 in HC bill – Healthcare will be provided to ALL non US citizens, illegal or otherwise.

Pg 58 – Govt will have real-time access to individual finances & a National ID Healthcard will be issued.

Pg 59 HC Bill lines 21-24 Govt will have direct access to your bank accounts for direct funds transfers.

PG 65 Sec 164 is a payoff subsidized plan for retirees and their families in Unions & community orgs (ACORN).

Pg 72 Lines 8-14 Govt is creating a Healthcare Exchange to bring private healthcare plans under Govt control.

PG 84 Sec 203 HC bill – Govt mandates ALL benefit packages for private Healthcare plans in the Exchange

pg 321 2-13 Hospitals have opportunity to apply for exception BUT community input and approval is required. Can you say ACORN?!!

Pg335 L 16-25 Pg 336-339 – Govt mandates establishment of outcome based measures. Rationing

Pg 341 Lines 3-9 Govt has authority to disqualify Medicare Advance Plans, HMOs, etc. Forcing people into the Govt plan.

Pg 354 Sec 1177 – Govt will RESTRICT enrollment of Special needs persons for care. Can euthanasia be far behind for “undesirables”?

Pg 379 Sec 1191 Govt creates more bureaucracy – Telehealth Advisory Committee. Can you say HC by phone?

PG 425 Lines 4-12 Govt mandates Advance Care Planning Consultation. Euthanasia and Doctor-Assisted Suicide.

Pg 425 Lines 17-19 Govt will instruct & consult regarding living wills, and assume power of attorney of all enrollees. Mandatory!

PG 425 Lines 22-25, 426 Lines 1-3 Govt provides approved list of end of life resources, guiding you in death decisions to end your life.

PG 427 Lines 15-24 Govt mandates program to mandatory end of life programs. The Govt will mandate how your life ends.

Pg 429 Lines 1-9 An “advance care planning consultant” will be used frequently as a patient’s health deteriorates

PG 429 Lines 10-12 “advance care consultation” may include an ORDER to initiate end of life plans. AN ORDER from GOV to terminate a life.

Pg 429 Lines 13-25 – The govt will specify which Doctors can write an end of life order.

PG 430 Lines 11-15 The Govt will decide what level of treatment you will have at end of life

Pg 469 – Community Based Home Medical Services=Non profit orgs. Hello, ACORN Medical Services here!!?

Page 472 Lines 14-17 PAYMENT TO COMMUNITY-BASED ORG. 1 monthly payment to a community-based org. Like ACORN?

PG 489 Sec 1308 The Govt will cover Marriage & Family therapy. Which means government will now be involved in marriage and family decisions.

Pg 494-498 Govt will cover Mental Health Services including defining, creating, rationing those services.
